At EMC, we offer high-level, large-scale project and vendor management. If you’ve been meaning to fix the dock or redo the upstairs bathroom, we’re here to ensure things get done efficiently & to the highest of quality. No matter the size or complexity of your project, we have the experience to handle everything involved!
We’re here to simplify home-ownership. We offer full-service house management to keep your home running so you don't have to deal with multiple companies. This includes yard service, cleaning service, & small project subcontractors. We'll manage your homes nationwide – no distance is too far to travel for our clients!

Sometimes the best events can cause the most stress. At EMC we believe that an event or party should be spent enjoying your time with guests, not worry about the caterer or checking on the bar. So you can focus on being the life of the party, we will plan and manage the entire event, or we can directly manage your event

Pricing
Hourly:
We provide our services at a flat rate of $100/hour per person, which is billed out monthly. We offer discounted 20, 40 & 60 hour packages as well.
Monthly:
To maintain the high level of communication and coordination our clients rely on, Elite Management Concierge requires a 3-hour monthly service minimum. This time accounts for:
Ongoing communication and check-ins
Scheduling coordination
Project updates and troubleshooting
General support and availability
We’ve found that even brief but frequent interactions throughout the month add up—and this minimum ensures we can remain accessible, responsive, and proactive without needing to bill for every small task.
Vendor/Material Costs
There is no markup on any costs related to vendors/sub-contractors or materials. We pass these through directly and include all costs on each monthly invoice, making it easier for our clients to keep track of bills.
